Emergency Road Service Technician/Driver.

Yarbrough Bros Towing, Sonoma County’s largest light duty towing company is now accepting applications for full time Emergency Road Side Service Technician’s. We are a highly professional Towing establishment that specializes in setting the standard for our Industry both in training and equipment as well as customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding personality and be highly motivated to succeed. This individual will preferably have a background in Sales, Customer Service, and /or related Automotive Industry.
Yarbrough Bros Towing has a drug-free work environment and practices a safety sensitive workforce. Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory as well as random drug screening in accordance with Company/CHP TSA policy. In addition, as a requirement of the Road Clubs we service, a back ground check is required. A mechanical aptitude is a plus BUT NOT necessary. We train in house for the right applicant who will fit in with our exceptional team! Honesty and integrity are mandatory! We offer dedicated shifts (5 scheduled work days with 2 scheduled days off) with an average 50 hour work week. Shifts are 10 hours long with two 10 minute breaks and one 40 minute lunch. Yarbrough Bros Towing is DOT compliant with regard to hours worked. We run Road Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Qualified applicants will possess:
• A highly motivated personality, preferably with a background in Sales, Customer Service, or some related Automotive Industry.
• An ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Ratings and meet standards of excellence in the rendering of roadside service to our customers including but not limited to; Towing of vehicles, changing tires, unlocking vehicles, jumpstarting (Mobile Battery Sales & Installation*), fuel delivery and responding to accident scenes on the highways & roadways of Sonoma County.
• The flexibility and willingness to work any shift, holiday or weekend as call volume permits.
• The ability to lift 60lbs and handle the physical demands of the position.
• The ability to take direction and instruction in matters of Company Safe Practices and Procedures.
• Operate a Manuel transmission and be comfortable driving a Tow Truck/Flatbed (Class C license only required).
• Clean DMV record and be of 23 years of age or older
• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Back Ground check/Live Scan.
• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service/communication skills when working with the public, PUBLIC AGENCIES and with co-workers.
